@Alon I believe, anecdotally, that Vancouver up zoned a large part of South Cambie for the Canada Line (Anecdotally because a friend moved out of a 4Plex which was part of a land assembly for a high rise). But we are talking three blocks? So nothing significant.
@chrisbegley Yeah, I brought up the Expo Line TOD and not the Canada Line TOD for a reason. The Canada Line TOD is taking forever, mostly due to Vancouver's reluctance to upzone SFR areas (thus, they're focusing high-rise upzoning around Marine Landing and not Oakridge or Langara).
