@carlton I am heavy on the pedal with mine. Setting up a default .envrc file and dropping the right JSON files for projects. Hooks are the killer feature for me.
@webology What do I really like? mkvirtualenv (obviously 😅) The workon, cdproject, cdvirtualenv, cdsitepackages group. Postactivate, yep. Also I use mktmpenv about 300 times a week.
The other bits I use less.
After all these years nothing (still) has come close. I’m still a very happy punter.
@carltonworkon and postactivate is my main drivers. They put me in the project folder I need to be in and are good at keeping everything in the right places along the way.
prermvirtualenv doesn’t get used as often, but it cleans up after I finish a project. It’ll remove the project + workspace files that sublime text 4 so the project doesn’t hang around.
Good, solid, foundational tools are irreplaceable and so customizable.
