Looks like a stand-alone #snowflake proxy: https://community.torproject.org/relay/setup/snowflake/standalone/

If you can run one of these on an Internet connection without NAT, you can help better than people who simply install the browser add-on.

@stfn I'm not an expert, but I think you shouldn't post exact stats about your Snowflake relay, as this could potentially allow traffic correlation attacks.
