You can begin to seize the means of production by simply engaging in employee representation at your place of work. You don’t need anyone’s permission, and you don’t need a qualification.
@DJDarren I was voted employee rep in the consultation where I was ultimately made redundant at a large, well-known UK company. About 3 months later, I got a letter from the CEO and Head of HR thanking me for my hard work and saying how well the company was doing after the redundancies. I was like, “um. Thanks, but I’ve cashed the cheque and don’t give a shit”.
