The barista at my local liegewafel place recognizes me in line, makes eye contact and wordlessly asks whether I'm getting a cappuccino to stay while I wait for my to-go wafels. This results in her being able to hand me the cappuccino after I've paid, instead of having to be given a number and someone bringing it out to me.
Still working on getting a menu item named after me, but even if I succeed it'll be bittersweet because they think my name is "Bob." #FirstWorldProblems
