They're everywhere thanks to oligarchs and their social media tools.
Like flat earthearthers, they are immune to reason and the most primitive understanding of microbiology is beyond their grasp.
In a world of fake news and conspiratorial messaging, they will eventually win.
And in a way that's a deserving ending for humans - acknowledging that lots of innocent and vulnerable people will perish.
But that's the price we/they have been paying for millennia.
War and oppression always decimated the innocent. This war is fought on instagram and we've lost it.
