I'm off to work out in the interest of not falling on my face or ass every time I try to walk. I hate exercise, but last year, I COULDN'T exercise for about 7 months due to jaw surgery and eye surgery, and you get old, and just can't catch up any more. So I'm working extra hard for the next few months. If I don't survive, just leave me a note saying "You made a great, muscular corpse!" I'm easy, I'll buy that.
@thepoliticalcat do you require my motivational face? I currently have it on as the preferred human has been trying to get out of bed for over an hour.
@thepoliticalcat Yes, between my motivational face, a bit of cat shouting, a supportive man, some medication and a walking frame, she achieved up and walking.
