@30yrdscreamer we are a driving culture, even if I don't love long drives. I wish we had better public transportation. I'd love to hop on a train for the majority of the trek. We have trains, but the schedules are anemic and the expense is unjustifiable.
5 hours used to be my threshold in the choice to drive or fly, although that's probably moved with airfare being more expensive. Flying a family of four ain't cheap!

It was indeed loads of fun. And we didn't know it at the time, but losing in penalties to the worst team in MLS was an omen that Tuchel was a dead man walking and Chelsea would be lousy. If I'd known, I'd have enjoyed it all the more! 😉
@mlawton@30yrdscreamer@BillSaysThis I've found the games to be very meaningless in terms of the season to come. This summer should be about celebrating the victories of this season and making sure everyone in this side of the pond understands that we're the best fanbase in the world
