I was working in a cubicle farm when Dilbert first came out, so it resonated. I actually bought a few of the books. But then the joke wore off. So I'm pleased to say that I actually got tired of him before I found out what a worthless piece of human detritus he was.

@AmishSuperModel yeah, even after I read his wordy books, which were giant red flags in retrospect. But I was young and kind of an asshole.

Some of the older comic strips had some charm, but it's no Garfield.
