Like there are better options out there, Cryptpad actually does work, you don't need to use Google's services whatsoever

@asahi_95 never heard of cryptpad before. So not knowing about it could be a reason.

@asahi_95 is there another good instance that isn't cryptpad.fr? i actually tried using cryptpad before but i had a lot of issues with the flagship instance not loading/saving/lagging ​:blobcatgooglyholdingitsheadinitshands:​

ive been trying to figure out a good alternative to googles suite for a while now actually, i wanted to self host one but i don't trust myself enough with data backup/safety on my server yet to host something like that. the dream is to get a hetzner storage share...
