I sent a GDPR right to erasure request to that contentnation.net scraper person, and got the following reply just now:
Hi Sammy,
we deleted all local data that was assigned to your mastodon account @theresnotime@wikis.world.
But since the original data is still online, opening the site with below URL will fetch it again. To have it permanently
removed, the original source has to be deleted first.
That is a general issue on distributed systems like mastodon. There is nothing we can do about or
against that.

Update on the contentnation.net stuff — looks like the “fediverse” category is entirely gone from https://contentnation.net/en/profile.htm, and a lot of data which was present on myself/others here the other day is now either missing or 403ing
