To whom it may concern, and preferably the data controller of Sascha Nitsch Unternehmensberatung GmbH,
I have never heard of your company, nor have I ever entered any legal contract with it. I only recently learned that it copied profiles and posts from a social media system I am on and is offering it to its users as "content". Neither I, nor the platforms hosting my content, have never provided consent (as described in your privacy statement [0] as well as Article 4.11 of the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) to your processing of my data.
Consequently, I object your current and future processing of my data under Article 21.1 of the GDPR, and request that you erase my data (that is to say, the profile pages available at [1,3,8,10] which are outdated copies of my current pages at [2,4,9,11], all other posts of mine you have copied such as [5,6,7], as well as any other data you may find in your possession now or in the future which I have authored on either 4 of the accounts linked above) in accordance with Article 17.1.c of the GDPR, as well as communicate that request to all recipients of my personal data in accordance with Article 19 of the GDPR. I expect to be notified of your compliance without undue delay, that is to say one month from the reception of this request as stipulated in Article 12.3§1 of the GDPR, unless you provide sufficient justification pertaining to the "complexity and number of the requests" as cited in Article 12.3§2 of the GDPR.
I also request that this email not be subject to any of the processing outlined in your privacy statement [0] beyond the processing of the requests above, after which I demand it be erased as well once the requests above are fulfilled.
Failure to comply without undue delay as outlined in Article 12.3§1 of the GDPR will result in a legal claim filed to the Commission National de l'Informatique et des Libertés, the French Supervisory Authority as defined by Article 51 of the GDPR.
