Does anyone know what is missing to correctly generate post link previews on remote systems?
When a Friendica post is linked on any social network, it is never possible to preview it (unlike what happens with Mastodon or Pleroma: perhaps does it depend on the absence of open graph tags?) · Issue · friendica/friendica

@heluecht I saw the follow-up, and I believe it has to do with the bot blocking addon rather than the robots.txt file.

@hypolite I'm not being entirely facetious when I suggest that not supporting proprietary link previews on platforms like Facebook and Twitter is more a feature than a bug.

@starbreaker I hear you, but other platforms have support for the twitter: and og: meta namespaces, so it is worthwhile in my view to implement them.
