Just because Trump has secured a bond does NOT mean the Court should accept it — especially when Trump is STILL defaming E. Jean Carroll, doing so again last night at one of his rallies.

I expect Carroll will OPPOSE the bond.

And Judge Kaplan should REJECT it.
