In my stupid tech heavy hotel room waiting for "the engineer" to come and show me how to turn the lights on because all the stupid "remote" does is make the walls different colors.
I also had to figure out how to turn the bed into a bed because the room is so tiny it is stored in couch mode. There are no instructions in the room. What fresh hell is this, millennials?
@enobacon No, not a futon, there's an unlabeled switch. The latest delight from this terrible place is a weird, very loud, low clicking that goes off every 10-15 min and lasts about 30-45 seconds. Whichever research team we select tomorrow better do a fantastic job of this research to make this hell worthwhile. (It's a project to help standardize how bike & ped facilities are encoded so it's easier to aggregate data and do statewide planning.)
@HayiWena you needed to find the switch that activates the bed? Maybe the clicking is some other switch like the blinds, that is missing its sensor and stripping its gears out. Maybe try constant clicking as a white noise?
