it is INSANE that they are manipulating the entire economy with high interest rates when so many people are priced out of basic needs like (checks notes) SHELTER.

the economy should be planned around our most vulnerable and around people without generational wealth! instead macroeconomic market manipulation somehow always seems to serve the one percent 🤔

@seachanger Yeah, good point. In the current market where buyers have to compete with each other it's not great. FHA loans require more in depth home appraisals, etc. and sellers often choose the easier sale (cash buyers, or conventional loans).

The whole housing system (if you can even call it that) is such a clusterfuck in this country. :/
