@PaulNickson @Delphi The current government in Westminster is doing their level best to destroy the national health service and force people into private healthcare. These private healthcare companies then make huge contributions to the Tory party.

It’s so, so depressing. Yes the original NHS wasn’t drawn up with the 21stC population/illness in mind but a plan to invest, to keep up just wasn’t implemented, well before 2010. Whilst they wait for people cave to private as the option, so, so many won’t or can’t. And in that decades long process and going forward, people’s lives are needlessly impacted or lost. It’s dystopian.
