My son wants a water cooler for my gaming notebook. It's a polaris from @tuxedocomputers . Is there a compatible solution maybe also 2nd hand?

There is the TUXEDO Aquaris | External water cooling. For Polaris this is only compatible with Polaris 15 - Gen4.

Sorry, we cannot answer that as we have not tested any other cooling systems. I would not recommend trying because water and electronics…
