@phpcs A few months ago I was trying to figure out what it would take to change phpcs to symfony/console code and then I realized that the help was pretty messy (I hadn't noticed it before). I like the change I see. I'll send feedback if I notice anything.

As a side-note: symfony/console wouldn't have been accepted as a dependency for a range of reasons.
