@DEDGirl@ai6yr I’m sorry to hear that. To be clear I don’t know the exact answer. Just watching the billions wasted year after year in California as the problem grows. In eureka they’re being put into housing originally built for homeless veterans and making the situation untenable for two groups of people instead of just one.
