TheoEsc, 1 month ago Hurt my back somehow. Don't know what happened, just woke up yesterday and cannot bend or twist it without excruciating pain. Didn't do any unusual exercise or lifting, didn't feel it go, just woke up & found I couldn't do my normal exercises.
