@tnoisu Without an opt-in? Not too sure about the fediverse, but on Twitter there's a few bots that aren't outright spammy, but really skirt the line, like https://botwiki.org/bot/wdywam, https://botwiki.org/bot/mysteriouselder, or https://www.shardcore.org/spx/2014/10/27/algobola.

@botwiki I was wondering what kind of bots do than. Now I see, mostly useless bots.
And I came with an idea of my own. There could be a bot that checks if there is an alt text, and if not reminds posters to add it.

@tnoisu Not sure if useful or not, but certainly fun/interesting.

Also, it's still better to opt people in, that's how these kind of bots, like @PleaseCaption, typically work.

Typically I include an "I don't make bots/Show me the results" option, but I really couldn't figure out how to include all the relevant answers, sorry!

How many options does your instance allow in polls?
