@qqmrichter@nikitonsky there's a small cohort of people actually terrified by the idea of workers getting paid at the equivalent level of the value they bring a business, rather than creating a machine where people have value willingly extracted from them to climb some invisible ladder, only egged on by the prospect that one day they too could be the extractor rather than the extractee
