Cefr (cartoon mode): "YUP-SEY-DOODLE!"
Drive-Through Lady (and other staff cackling): "That'll be $12.86. Pull on through."
I show up with a straight face. Not a smile. Serious business. Respond to everything with nods and mouthed words.
Drive-Through Lady: "Do you want a receipt?"

Drive-Through Lady: "Okay, here's your food."
