EU population grew 0.1% last year
World Population? +0.8%
None of those figures has gone under 0 in the last 50 years (and probably before, I just don't want to look for more data). The population collapse the are talking about is about WHITE population. If someone talks about population decline, they are a white supremacist.

as someone who has worked for him for the better part of a decade... he has changed A LOT in the last 3-4 years. I think he's a prime example of a tech CEO being radicalized, as @anildash talked about in https://www.anildash.com/2023/07/07/vc-qanon/

photomatt's been showing glimpses of his real self to the public for quite a while, now. I first became aware of it a few years back when he publicly threatened the job of a woman, who did not even work for him, who had led an independently-funded accessibility audit of Gutenberg. I've learned about other stuff since by listening to folks like @javi & @alda
