Previously in therapy I had mentioned believing I’m autistic and she was kind of like, “ehh I don’t know about that”. But today I brought up that I thought I may have been put on a weird no sugar diet as a child because they knew about my ADHD and without skipping a beat she says, “Oh yeah. Totally. That makes absolute sense. I agree”. So I’ll take that as an informal diagnosis lol
@daman_ab I love my therapist and she is great. This one area is something she doesn’t specialize in. But she’s definitely not useless or incompetent just because she has a blind spot
@danirabbit Ok, sorry. I really had no idea about her qualifications. It just sounded like she was clueless but it sounds more like a lack of training for a particular subject.
@unabogie I’m aware of this, but honestly the Donald Trump avatar is a fucking massive red flag and I almost went for the insta block. I am extremely wary of you for this. I recommend changing it
