If you listen to F1 on your phone cranked to max in public places (e.g. airports) you are a fucking war criminal and you are going to Hell for ten billion years when you die.
@phil@pluralistic at sfo i would ROUTINELY catch the airline kiosks chilling on the guest wifi, and the ports they had open and the state of patches on those boxes were WOEFULLY BAD.
i would be genuinely impressed if airport security would even notice someone fucking around on those frequencies. the planes dont use them. neither does radar. and they're not strong enough to go further than 20ish feet.
