@brokenshakles@tyler@graf@nikiboo I didn't see the devs actively push back on this until the score tanked. The link was supposed to be required at launch, but it broke so the devs disabled it. The link was always baked into their plans, they just didn't realize how bad the backlash would be until they had a mega hit on their hands.
