Pillsbury recently adjusted their cookie dough recipe so that it can be eaten raw, because it knew that people ignored warnings. You can also make your own edible cookie dough: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/255365/edible-cookie-dough/ Pretty sure neither qualifies as raw though.
