@purplepadma sorry, I’ve been a bit hit and miss on here - just catching up. I’m sorry you’re feeling a bit rudderless. Enforced rest is a tricky balance isn’t it, you maybe want to be doing something, and to have structure, but don’t need the pressure of doing something.
