@Paxxi@andytiedye@cam@mekkaokereke It’s not hard to measure who’s an eligible voter but not registered and who votes infrequently vs. who votes consistently because campaigns and parties can check voter rolls.
It’s also not hard to measure the response rate/effectiveness of outreach to consistent voters vs. infrequent voters or non-voters.
