@sv1@olafurw As far as I've been informed by my friends who work in media up in Iceland, there's no real "editorial process" anymore, except perhaps at MBL.
When Fréttablaðið was still being published on print, they did have some editorial process that was mostly about making the articles fit the assigned columns.
Getting a press release on print is still easiest on a Sunday because then they have a skeleton crew that's lacking content and ideas.
