The Biden administration closed a loophole and capped “junk fees,” to protect consumers from gouging by banks and credit-card companies.

Now a federal judge reverses the the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in behalf of the banking industry.

The NY Times doesn’t say who appointed the judge. Can you guess?

I would like to see the Democrats start campaigning against the Republican corruption of the courts. Explicitly. In detail, with receipts at events that are carried by national new services.

Every Democrat should say the GOP is corrupt in every public speech about any subject. Every graduation, shopping center dedication and holiday parade, every time.
