Enthusiastic woman in a city uniform enters the stage, holding a clipboard: "Water is starting to come back across the city!" 🎵 "Our crews have been working hard to fix the problem!" 🎵 (workers in hard hats tap dance across stage) "MANY ARE APPRECIATIVE!" 🎵 (fine citizens in 1950's suits and slacks, dresses have signs THANK YOU WORKERS and clap, with spotlight on them) "Some are reporting that they never lost water" 🎵 Main verse: "THANKS! ODESSA! For Pulling Together Once Again! THANKS! ODESSA! For Pulling Together Once Again!" 🎵
