Handbreak hardsubs:
-Default fast 1080p30 is good enough as a setting
-Audio tab, click on "add all" and then remove the unwanted audios
-Subtitles, add all again, remove the unwanted subs
-Double click your wanted subs > check "burn into video"
-Start and that's it
Note:
-Annoyingly, there's fancy new "master" subs kinda things that has a sub subs included. I haven't seen this too much yet, but they exists. The master subs make use of these. They probably need to be both in the list, but by hard burning into the video the "master" sub, it will also take the "sub subs" into account too
