Highlight of today's teaching session:
A slide comes up, with four tips on being a good ally. One of them is "don't rely on queer people to educate you, educate yourself".
To which I quipped, "Unless you're paying us, then it's okay."
Rocked the room. Great session, when they're learning and still laughing.
