I remember typing the alt text for this but apparently it wasn't saved... curious

@ayo Yeah... I have had that happen a few times to me.

Rarely, but definitely sometimes.

I have yet to figure out why it happens.

I think in the few cases where I saw it... it was because my alt text was perhaps too long and the frontend did not enforce it (but the backend did).

Mastodon.social is at 1500 characters for alt text.
