got to the part of PsychOdyssey where covid hits. y'all remember the "we're all in this together" period? fake as it was even at the time (lots of people were a lot more "in it" than other more privileged people) i miss that solidarity now that people treat you like a pariah for having the nerve to wear a mask
still. things feel a lot better for me than those early days. less scary, because i know what to do; stay away from the plague spread-err i mean, other people. shit still sucks but at least we've got a routine down, yanno? strapped in for the long haul. nothing worse than uncertainty
@eniko I still wear a half-face respirator any time I need to go into a building that isn't "my house". But I'm also a white guy, and people somehow don't seem to judge me for wearing a mask 🙄.
