Renewables make up about 13% of worldwide primary energy. But remember that for fossil fuels, usable energy (what you need to compare with renewable energy) is 25-40% of primary energy, because fossil fuels are that inefficient. This means that renewables make up significantly more than 13% of the world's usable energy.
