hankg, Now that I'm experimenting with #running three times a week to see if I really want to try to do a half marathon in the first half of next year I decided I also wanted to use the bike for doing my Zone 2 Heart Rate training. For that I need real calibrated power zones. #Peloton has workouts for that and a calibration system for that. If you don't do a calibration then it just uses something based on your age, weight, height, etc. I thought perhaps my actual zones were slightly lower than that. Nope. They were exactly the same. Doubly good news about that is that after several months I went from piss poor cardiovascular health to average health. That also means that as I continue to incrementally improve I should be able to see that number go up as well. #health #longevity
