Thursday: 151 seconds of plank, 75 pushups, followed by 6.8 km of #running (-12°C with a windchill of -18°C), I shortened the run as my right leg started bugging me around KM5, so I opted to play it safe and cut it short, did groceries, and walked home (a podcast pointed out that carrying your groceries home was an excellent weight-bearing exercise).

@Lee6 Oh, sorry, I missed the question. A beg button is what we call the button pedestrians press to tell the traffic control system that someone would like to cross the street. There are a few different models in service here, with the older models frequently getting stuck in cold/icy/snowy weather.
