Never actually carb loaded for a race before and been eating pasta, bagels and overnight oats as well as keeping myself hydrated. Just hoping that what has gone in, the waste has come out 😳💩

Do you actually need to carb load for a half marathon if you expect to finish in less than 2 hours?

@dredmann666 I never have, even at that speed, but it’s important to remember that we’re all different. You know your body best; if you feel you need to, then I’d folllow that. You can always try not doing g it another time and see if it makes any difference.
