NEW: Activists from across Germany & Europe are gathering in #Grünheide, near Berlin, to protest against #Tesla & support the local residents in their fight against the planned expansion of Tesla's Gigafactory. They fear deforestation & water shortage among other negative consequences for the community. Preparations have started in a self-organized camp for a long weekend of action.
From behind a "Disrupt Capitalism Create Future" banner, protesters broke thru German police lines & stormed Tesla's only European factory, which has plans to expand.
