Clarification: All other information you mention is already public information anyway. It can be accessed by anyone right now. Including #meta.
Be aware: All data in the #fediverse is public information. There is no privacy. That's the whole idea of the #fediverse. For sensitive information use e2e tools like #signal.

Meta al igual que otras empresas tienen que especificar que datos recopilan como argumento de defensa legal, cuando se usan sus servicios el usuario acepta que se recopilen los datos indicados en los ToS.

En este caso Meta específica que TOMARÁ ESOS DATOS DE LOS USUARIOS DEL FEDIVERSO CUANDO ESTOS INTERACTÚEN (seguir/ser seguidos) CON LOS USUARIOS DE THREADS y el punto aquí es que si una instancia bloquea a Meta, sus usuarios no podrán interactuar con los usuarios de Threads y por ende Meta no puede aprovecharse de sus términos de servicio para recopilar información de dichos usuarios
El punto aquí es bloquear desde la instancia, no de manera individual.

Estoy hablando de mantener al Fediverso aparte de Meta en el sentido de redes separadas en las que sus usuarios no puedan interactuar entre si.
Sí Meta quiere seguir con Threads que lo hagan aislados sin posibilidad de interacción y si sus propios ToS nos permiten escusa legal contra Meta en caso de otro escandalo (que los habrán), pues hacerlo bien desde el principio.
