Wow, I’m halfway through the PDF, very cool writeup. I hope that this will lead to further isolation of Russia from the west. The whole trade with Russia should be switched from a “allowed if” to a “denied if” system. That way companies can request exemptions if required and for the rest stuff should just not go there.
Additionally the law should reflect that sales through 3rd countries are also not allowed. Just like banks KYC (know your customer) should be required for more businesses, with actual prison for people involved.
