Well, the Vegan Festival was amazing. It was great to be able to go into town and buy actual food, and not a limp, tasteless sandwich or pre-packed chocolate brownie.
I had a Pad Thai, as did @Helen, and our son had a hot dog with skin-on fries.
Made even better by awesome weather, and lots of people!
