Well, aside from O&O AppBuster, there isn't much that actually removes anything in that list. And personally I don't see much use in most of the recommended programs (or apps). While I wouldn't be happy with it, using Edge and not installing an alternative browser seems to be the more "clean" choice. PowerToys is a solid tool for power users (like Vivaldi users), so I definitely see why those are on the list. Beeper might be interesting if you actually use exactly those messaging services and none else. Since most of the programs come with an auto-updater these days, I don't see much use in Ninite for a single private PC. If that could be configured for a network in a way that an admin restricts the available software through Ninite and users can select what they want/need out of the options provided and then the programs get installed and updated without further intervention and no need for higher privileges, that would be very interesting to have. But from the looks of it (the website), you can only select the programs you want to have and get an installer for that package selection.
