karlnelson, 6 months ago @ottaross “crubber" actually (https://benchcrafted.com/products/crubber). It came with the vise hardware. On the advice of the author of the book I followed (https://lostartpress.com/products/the-anarchists-workbench), I used epoxy to attach it. But, I'm sure contact cement would work just fine, too.
