Not bad for a tool that's about 100 years old.
The drill press has a large metal flywheel on the top, a clutch knob on the left and a wooden crank handle on the right. The turning axle extends downward as it's cranked.
A reasonably tidy looking hole (~30mm) in a piece of sycamore (London Plane) wood.
