He’s always been very proactive regarding the environment and sustainability, even suggesting a military-style campaign to target climate change and natural disasters and the importance of talking to plants

Pons_Aelius, (edited ) I know about his history of talking about change, that is all that happens at the Cop talk fests.
I was asking if he was willing to spend anything to make the change happen.
All we ever here is the rich and powerful, the ones who could do something, talk endlessly about how change is necessary.
Then they all climb back into their private jets and thank themselves for talking about doing something...again.
